Bangkok Explorer 13: Bike Tour Bangkok Paradise

Full day tour / in international company / including lunch

Cycling through traditional and green Bangkok

During this approximately 8-hour bike tour, we avoid the main roads as much as possible, just like in the shorter bike tours, and make use of the maze of alleys and concrete bike paths that Bangkok is rich and makes it so unique compared to other cities.

You will depart by bike at 08:00 and in about 45 minutes after the start we will arrive at a local fresh market where merchandise ranging from smoked pig heads to exotic flowers is displayed. A little further on we see the remains of a fortress that kept western powers "out" during the colonial era. We continue the route and we stop at a golden temple. We continue cycling on narrow concrete paths with a lot of natural beauty on both the left and right. Cycling a little further, we arrive at an idyllically located restaurant where we will have lunch.

After lunch boats are waiting for us. After a nice boat trip and thus arrived in an area rich in shrimp and fish farms, we cycle in a northerly direction. Participants will feel as if you are hundreds of miles outside the city. We stop at a small factory where the incense sticks that Thai Buddhists light in temples are made and stop at a typical Thai/Chinese flower nursery. The tour ends around 4:30 PM, and you will be transferred back to your reserved hotel in Bangkok. Drinking water, soft drinks and an excellent Thai lunch are included
